The portions are huge, so for four or five people we were better off sharing two dishes. It was also really affordable. We came out of our way after friends from nearby towns recommended the place, hoping to try potaje de berzas and cachopo, and both were amazing. Everything was cooked so well, and the desserts were all homemade. A 10/10. Just a heads-up, the staff don't speak English.

You get fresh fish straight from the seaport and meat from the nearby mountains. About as good as traditional food gets.

It was lucky we got a table, since there was an event and only a few were free. Parking was spacious and right beside the restaurant. Marta looked after us throughout, always attentive and helpful. We had a fantastic meal of Asturian dishes, including cecina and escalopines with Cabrales cheese, then rice pudding and cream cheese with blueberries for dessert. If you're nearby, don't miss it! 😜

Set in the Asturian countryside, it's only a few kilometres from the Camino de Santiago route. There's plenty of parking beside the terrace, which opens on weekends and has a lovely atmosphere for vermouth or special events. It's a family-run place with warm service and a tasty menu.
