We only stayed one night, but it was a lovely one. The staff welcomed us warmly, and breakfast was delicious. The hotel has a tasteful, very modern design in the old town, with 24/7 service. Toledo Cathedral, the main square, and other sights are all within walking distance. Very comfortable and clean, too. Gracias!

Our room was modern and comfortable, and the man at reception was really nice. He even suggested a good restaurant. The hotel is about 150 m from Zocodover plaza. One thing to know if you're sharing: our shower had a glass wall, so anyone else in the room could see everything. I can't say whether all the rooms are like that.

The place had a lovely clean interior with modern, artsy decor, and Borja was wonderful at breakfast. It's a stone's throw from the main square, with a carrefour store just a block away for snacks or quick meals. Check-in was through a machine with English instructions, and there's a phone to call the main office.

We had a really unpleasant stay in the middle of winter. The room had no heating, and even the hotel foyer was extremely cold. There isn't a reception desk, which we hadn't been told when booking, and the check-in instructions came in Spanish, which we don't speak. The room felt cramped, there was nowhere to put our luggage, and it wasn't entirely clean.

There was no reception, and messages could take until the next day to get a reply. The heater barely worked, and we weren't allowed to leave it running while we were out, so we came back to an apartment that felt like an iceberg. It was cheap, but definitely not worth it, especially for a winter visit.
