Hostal Toledo Plaza

Free parking was a big plus, and the walk into the city center was short enough for us. The reception team were very friendly and went through the city details with us using a map. There was tea and coffee available there too. We only stayed one night, but it was a simple, very pleasant visit. They kindly arranged a double bed after we asked for one instead of two singles. It may not be the best located place, but it suited exactly what we needed and we'd happily come back. That's why it gets my highest rating.

Parking was easy, and there was a good place to eat. The hostel itself was clean, quiet and peaceful. My room had a terrace, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The service was excellent. I'd definitely come back.

The TV lineup was limited, with many channels being pay TV rather than the usual ones. My room was tiny, though very clean. The hairdryer worked well enough for short hair, but with my long hair it kept overheating and shutting off even when I moved it around. I had to wait for it to cool, then leave with my hair wet and tied up.

It's close to the historic center, and there's free parking. A breakfast bar is right next door. My room, the cleanliness, and the service were all magnificent. Highly recommended.
