The location is hard to beat, right beside the cathedral, with plenty of good-value tapas bars less than a ten-minute walk away. Our apartment was spotless, and its modern kitchen fit in nicely with the rustic character. The restoration has been done with care, keeping the original 15th-century wooden beams, doors, and shutters. We had a wonderful weekend and will definitely come back.

The host was helpful, and the place was clean and very nicely renovated. It’s right in the middle of the old city. Depending on where you park, you may have quite a walk to get there, but once you arrive, anywhere you want to visit in Toledo is about 5-15 minutes away on foot.

The building’s history is all around you, from the preserved walls and arches to a well dating back to the Islamic, Mudéjar, and Christian periods. It’s been brought up to modern standards with plenty of comfort, and the staff are quick to answer questions. I’d happily stay here again if I came back to Toledo. Highly recommended.

The location beside the cathedral was a real plus, and we had a great stay. Our attic room was lovely, especially the terrace. We also met the owner, who showed us some vacant rooms and pointed out archaeological remains in the building’s foundations.

Everything was clean and new, and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in a ground-floor apartment in an excellent spot, and it was completely quiet. I’d choose it again on another trip to Toledo.
