Hotel Boutique Cigarral de las Mercedes

My guests were so well looked after, and they kept praising how friendly the staff were and how clean, modern, and comfortable the rooms felt. Bianca organized the room block, airport transfers, and even breakfast picnics for guests leaving as early as 5:30 AM. Kelsey, my wedding planner, was responsive to every little request and brought them to life. During our two-day celebration, I didn’t feel stressed at all. The food, music, venue, and views were all wonderful. The whole team at Cigarral de las Mercedes made our wedding feel special, with such warmth, care, and professionalism. I’ll always treasure our stay and wedding here. Thank you to everyone at El Cigarral de las Mercedes.

Our daughter’s dream wedding came true here, and I’m giving Cigarral de Las Mercedes a full 10/10. We stayed April 25th to April 28th 2026. Coral and her team were always attentive and helpful without waiting to be asked, while Jane and Isabel from management were present and responsive. We were welcomed royally, and the food and drinks, from breakfast and dinner to cocktails, were beyond compare. The clean, beautifully decorated grounds felt magical, and the events were enchanting. I’ve never written a hotel or restaurant review before, but I had to say thank you. Bravo!

Marina and the rest of the team made our three-day wedding feel effortless. We’ve travelled all over and never had service this impeccable. Every little thing was arranged without fuss, including details we might have missed, so planning a wedding abroad brought us no stress. The venue mixes a modern, clean look with an intimate romantic feel, and there are several lovely spaces for different events, all with stunning views. The food and atmosphere were wonderful too. We’re grateful to every staff member who made our special days so perfect. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We were nervous about having a fairly large wedding, but Isabel and Andrés helped shape it around our style and keep it feeling like us, without clichés. Their planning advice was invaluable, and on the day everything ran smoothly enough for us to relax and enjoy it. Andrés even arranged a last-minute musical surprise during the ceremony, which meant a lot. He and Isabel were patient with our questions and easy to reach throughout. We had an incredible time getting married at Cigarral de las Mercedes in October 2025. Highly recommend the venue and team. Svilen & Lucia
