The owner was very attentive when we arrived. Our king-size double room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and it was just €55. Pets are welcome too. Couldn't ask for more!

The owner was attentive, and it was easy to park near the building. The room itself had a small bathroom and shower that could use improvement. Noise from the shutters and other facilities, along with the mattress, kept me from sleeping well. The street is poorly developed and the room has bad views. There aren't any good places nearby for breakfast either.

The man who greeted us was polite and kind, and I hope Manuel won't take this the wrong way. The price is affordable, so I think the rest should be simple but adequate. I'm sure he can make improvements, but right now, this is what it is. Our room faced the entrance, and we could hear people and cars even with the balcony door closed. There was a strange smell throughout the building, including the entrance and room. The photos don't do the rooms justice. The area is far from the center, and the surroundings feel rather run-down. The bed itself was fine, but the pillows were awful, and the decorative cushion looked disgusting. The bedding was quite worn, and almost everything apart from the doors looked old. There was no bedside lamp, just a light above the bed that made it feel like an interrogation room. The only double socket was by the headboard, and there wasn't a wastebasket in the room, so toilet paper has to go in the bathroom bin. The bathroom is a normal size, but those half-empty liquid soap bottles look tacky. At least fill them up. I'd suggest a countertop with an integrated sink to give more room when showering, and a small fridge too. Manuel told us when we rented that the rooms were like hotel rooms, and with the heat, a fridge is essential.

The owners are wonderful and ready to help with anything. The price is very good, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. They are a little dated, especially the bathrooms. It's a bit out of the way, but it's ideal for a good night's sleep, and I highly recommend it.

Belén and Manolo are charming, and there whenever we've had a question. The rooms are cozy and very clean, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. They even leave a thoughtful treat, water and candy. It's just over five minutes from the center. I'd recommend it.
