10/10
The train station is right across from the hotel, so getting to Madrid was easy, and reaching the hotel from the airport was straightforward too. It was a bit pricey, but worth the stay. Reception staff were nice and helpful, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the business room had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable after long days sightseeing in Madrid.

Friendly, helpful staff and a very good hotel. It’s right beside the train station, and a recommended place to stay if you’re going to see Magicas Navidades.

8/10
The buffet breakfast was a highlight, with cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and vegetables, hot dishes, good coffee, and very sweet, tasty pastries. The room was very clean. Still, for a 4 star hotel, it felt a little pricey. There were no bathrobe or slippers, and no iron in the room, though I think you can ask reception for one. The walls are thin, so sound carries between rooms, both ways, so be careful : )

We stayed for over a month and found the service consistently good, with friendly staff. The location worked really well too: the airport, bus and train stations, markets, and restaurants are all nearby. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

6/10
The service was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The rest was fine, but nothing really stood out: the breakfast buffet was average, and both the hotel and rooms felt rather dim, at least to me. The parking spaces are very tight, so some require real skill to get into.
