Everything in the room worked, so it was usable as a place to sleep, but the hotel felt worn and very minimal. The room was much plainer than the listing photos suggested, especially the furniture and general atmosphere. Cleanliness was acceptable rather than spotless, with some dust on the floor when I arrived. The bright white lighting felt harsh in the evening, and the bathroom was clean but purely functional. There was no kettle, cups or basic hospitality tray. The Wi-Fi was also very weak and slow, with frequent disconnections. I’d pay a bit more somewhere else next time for a more comfortable stay.

The front desk was staffed all the time, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, continental style, served daily from 730 to 1030. The accommodations were fairly quiet, although work on the 4th floor was very noticeable during the day from my room on the 3rd. The halls were very dark, and it took several steps for the motion sensor lights to come on. Having an elevator helped, since the stairwell lights weren’t always on and had no sensor, making the stairs a little treacherous after sundown.

The reception staff were friendly and spoke reasonably good English. The location was good, near the bus station. There was no air conditioning in the room, which was a problem on the quite hot day I stayed.

The staff were friendly, but I had to change hotels and wouldn’t stay here again. I’d been assured there was a restaurant and parking, but neither was available. My room smelled of sewage, and the bathroom badly needed updating.
