Apartamentos Zenplaya 14

October 2022: We had no trouble arriving or leaving, and the apartment was clean, cared for, and stocked with everything listed and needed. What we got matched the photos and our expectations. It was meant for three, though four of us could have fit easily. Fantastic, really.

We never even got inside. I booked without checking the apartment's capacity, and now my two daughters and I are left out on the street in Torremolinos. They thought our group was four, but we explained it was one adult and two children. They still canceled the booking and left us stranded.

The place itself is pretty, and the location is good, but it was much too noisy because the soundproofing is poor. Getting the keys from a coded box meant nobody was there to welcome us. When issues came up, our emails got no reply, which was disappointing. The kitchen sink leaked and the patio door wouldn't lock. The seaside resort around it is lovely, though.

We arrived to find all our things gone from the apartment, with no warning and no idea who to call. They had removed our belongings, and there was no customer service number or other contact information. The communication was completely absent. I wouldn't recommend it at all.
