El Mirador de la Atalaya

The pool was a favorite part of the weekend, well cared for and just right for relaxing together in the good weather. We also enjoyed the terrace and outdoor furniture for meals outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We were a group of friends, and the house worked brilliantly for us, with plenty of shared space and quieter corners too. It's a real mansion, even more impressive than the pictures, and feels both spacious and welcoming. The decor is tasteful, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, and the whole place was clean down to the details. Communication with the hosts was quick, clear, and friendly from the start, with all the information we needed. A perfect 10 for our stay. We'd return and recommend it to other groups. We came for a weekend with several families and everything went smoothly. The house was well equipped and very clean, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. There's plenty of outdoor space for everyone to get together. Segovia is close enough for visits, without staying in the busy city. César, the owner, communicated really well and gave us several restaurant suggestions. I'd recommend it 100%.

The house itself is lovely, with large common areas and a great outdoor space where both kids and adults can play. We go to rural houses several times a year, so that's the kind of place we know. The big drawback was the kitchen supplies: very few dishes, no kitchen towels, and not enough kitchen roll or toilet paper for our group of 12 adults and 4 small children. There was no firewood supplied for the barbecue. We could buy our own charcoal and use that, which didn't make sense to me since that can start a fire too.

Eleven of us stayed here and had plenty of room to feel comfortable. The house is huge, spotless, and in a great location for getting away from everything. César, the landlord, was very helpful. When I told him about a small problem, he came over and fixed it right away. Highly recommended.
