The owner was lovely, and we ended up coming back for dinner after trying lunch. The evening menu was just as good, with delicious food all around. The lamb was sublime, and that cheesecake was 100% the best in the world! At lunch we had the special burger and breaded chicken sandwich with roasted tomatoes. Both were amazing, with flavors that felt refreshingly different from most of what we’d eaten on our road trip across the North. I wish we’d had room to try everything. We’ll definitely eat here again when we make it back to Tresviso.

The family running this lovely accommodation made us feel welcome and well looked after. Our room was comfortable and had an amazing view, and both dinner and breakfast were exceptional. It’s quite remote, but the trip was well worth it. The scenery was some of the best we saw on our travels.

Getting there takes a bit of effort, but it’s worth it. There’s plenty of parking close by, the views are spectacular, and the staff are great. They also have an English menu if you need one. We had chorizo and chips, plus pork loin and chips. Both were excellent, and I’ve never had pork so juicy!

The cheese was amazing, and the food and drinks are locally sourced. Service couldn’t have been better. We ordered too much, but before bringing it out, he honestly suggested we cut back. Delicious food and a lovely location.

The journey was well worth it. We had some of the best food and hospitality I could have hoped for during our first two nights in mainland Spain. Pretty much everything was a highlight. We’ll definitely come back.
