Martin and Claudia are so sweet and kind. Martin is an amazing guide and the top birder in Extremadura. I loved all five days and four nights here. The room was comfortable and convenient, the shower pressure was amazing, and breakfast and dinner were delicious. I wish I could have stayed longer.

The place and rooms are just how I’d like my own to be, a wonderful casa. You can stay in and do nothing but watch birds, with all the interesting places still easy to reach. It’s quiet, with beautiful surroundings. Claudia and Martin make a lovely couple. Claudia cooks excellent food, and Martin shows you birds you’d never find on your own. THE place in Extremadura!

A quiet, authentic place in a beautiful area, with good food and personal, helpful service. That’s what a rural hotel should be. What more could you want?
