We’d booked two rooms for Saturday the 8th and had already driven 400 kilometers when we got there at 3:20 pm to find the place shut. They hadn’t told us about the 3 to 6 pm closing time, and nobody answered when we called. One couple couldn’t come because they were ill, so I’d called to ask about canceling one room. They said we still had to pay, which was fine. Customer service gets a 0 from me. Thank you, ma’am, buy yourself something for Christmas.

On November 8th, we ended up out on the street, furious, and went home really upset. The owner hadn’t told us the hotel closed from 3 pm to 6 pm, even though we’d booked two rooms. My son had a stomach bug and couldn’t come, and she said I had to pay for his whole room. Fine, I paid the €60, but we’ll never stay at that hotel again. Such an unpleasant experience. Madam, enjoy a little Christmas present with the money.

We only stayed one night while passing through, and the room was spotless with everything we needed. The owners were lovely and really attentive. They also serve meals, and breakfast was generous and varied for a good price.

The two people running the hostel were incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking that we were comfortable. Our room was clean, and all the amenities worked properly. A really good experience, highly recommended.

Rocío, the owner, was wonderful, and the place was extremely clean. We stayed for three days over the May bank holiday weekend, and everything was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here.
