We had planned to stay for a week, but my boyfriend and I left the very next day, even though we lost half our money. It was a horrible experience, and we definitely won't return. There were spiders everywhere in the house, with cockroaches coming in underneath the door too. We never left the door open. The owner said we were in the countryside and that the spiders were harmless, which I agree with, but there were far more than just one or two. The living room window was completely covered with them, all clumped together, and I reckon around 15 or 20 were crawling around inside. When we tried to leave, my boyfriend had to go first with a rag to brush them away. As soon as the door opened, more came swarming in and dropping from the top of the frame. Once he cleared them, he told me to run before any landed on me. It was a nightmare. It's been a long time since we visited, and we recently found the little house again while looking for a rural place to stay in a few weeks. That's when we noticed the owner's reply to our message. He described them as those long-legged spiders with small bodies, which wasn't pleasant at all. Judging by the other comments, everyone else had a good experience, and I'm glad about that. I imagine the owner may have dealt with the problem, though I'm sure he must have known about it when he returned and saw the living room full of dead spiders. If it's been sorted out, I'm glad. Best regards.
