Adarve Flats

Raul was very welcoming and always helped with any question or request. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The TV only had Spanish channels, which was a downside since we don’t speak Spanish. I also found the shower awkward: the floor was slippery, and without a door, water always spilled across the bathroom floor. The location was good, right downtown with lots of cafés and small restaurants nearby. The street looked shabby and had a lot of graffiti, though it felt safe. There was also roadwork nearby, so mornings were noisy, though that wasn’t the apartment’s fault. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

The owner was helpful throughout our stay, and I’ve already recommended the place to friends. It’s in Valencia’s old section, with private parking, and you can walk everywhere. The apartment is wonderful, with a fully equipped kitchen, though with so many restaurants in the neighborhood, why cook? I’d definitely stay again. A five-star experience.

The location felt very safe and central, and the rooms were clean. The kitchen has everything you’d need if you want to cook. Adarve flats exceeded our expectations, and they let us check in early. The host was only a message away and replied very quickly. We’ll be back for sure. Thank you 😊

We stayed three nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Valencia was brilliant, with loads to do, and it’s a relaxed, friendly city. The flat was clean, lovely, and well equipped, with good AC. Great spot in the old city, about a five-minute walk from the cathedral. The host was excellent, with clear and prompt communication.
