We really liked the area. It has a funky feel and is only two blocks from the tourist noise, so the location worked very well for us. The serviced apartment was clean and quite spacious, with a full kitchen and everything we needed. The office staff across the road were very nice, helpful, and accommodating. For the price, it’s hard to beat, and we’d stay again. You can hear the neighbors pretty easily, though, and they don’t provide much in the way of comforts. There was a nice coffee machine but no pods, milk, or sugar. A few small touches like that would make the stay feel more personal.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy, clean place, and the beds and sofa were really nice. It’s near pretty much everything, and the shower had warm water and the toilet worked well. The top floor was a problem for us, though: the ceiling was low enough that we hit our heads in the bedroom, and there were no windows. The wifi was terrible. We had no neighbors until our last night, but you can hear everything, so earplugs are a good idea. The bathroom smell was awful, so be prepared for it to smell funky. The kettle was disgusting and we couldn’t use it.

We loved the little balcony, the view of the Quart Towers, and the wood ceiling with cemented tiles on the wall as decor. The building was nice, and our little apartment had exactly what we needed. Great location too! The shower head could use replacing or treatment for hard water 😅, but that’s the least of your worries in any place you stay.
