Apartamentos FV Flats Valencia - Mestalla 5

A clean, comfortable apartment that everyone in our group enjoyed. It worked perfectly for our first time in Valencia, and I’d gladly book it again. Mestalla stadium is right nearby, so there was plenty of excitement on the night of a Valencia home match. The neighborhood has lots of bars and cafes, groceries are close, and bus and metro stops are just a short walk away for getting to the historic center, City of Arts and Sciences, or beach.

The bathrooms were the worst part: sewage smells came from both, there was no hot water, and the shower heads were broken. There was also a strange smell throughout the place. The property felt very average, and the building was run down. It needs a major renovation before it should be rented out again.

This place works if you’re going to a match at Mestalla, and that’s about it. In person the apartment looks nothing like the heavily edited photos. It’s quite old, and the noises at night feel really creepy. I’d recommend staying there!

Lovely apartment, friendly people, and great service. Football fans will like having the Valencia stadium right next door. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood, and you can walk to the city center in 15 minutes or catch the bus across the street.
