They canceled our booking the day before and gave no proper reason.

We booked in August for a group arriving from El Salvador on October 21st. On the day, we tried to get instructions for collecting the keys, but nobody replied on WhatsApp or through Booking. When we called, they hung up on us. Booking also tried to reach them without success, and has offered us a free cancellation and refund. We had to find the group somewhere to stay at short notice last night, and now need to find another place. Disgraceful.

They canceled our reservation 46 hours ahead of time, and now our group of young people, who booked last December, has nowhere to stay. Shameful. They won't answer our calls and hang up, and they might not refund the €3,900. Maybe the property has closed. Either way, don't book here.

Less than a day later, I called to confirm and was told there had been a problem. When I asked them to sort it out, they told me not to bother them and hung up. The attitude was unbelievable. Avoid booking if you want peace of mind.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and in a great location, but it needed maintenance. Staff provided good service.
