We came for the marathon, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're racing. The rooms were loud with constant street noise and sounds from the corridors and neighboring rooms, so getting proper rest was nearly impossible. The beds and mattresses were stiff, not at all suited to sleeping well before or after a marathon. The price was over €300 for marathon weekend, which felt outrageous for this level of quality. Staff were the biggest problem: we were first told we could shower after checkout, something pretty essential on race day. Then the explanation changed several times, a cutoff time appeared that had never been mentioned, and we were sent to another location instead. When we showed proof of what we'd been told, they wouldn't explain and dodged the conversation, then stopped replying. It felt dismissive, unhelpful, and misleading. The value is very poor. I wouldn't book again or recommend it to anyone who needs a good night's sleep before the marathon. Not recommended for marathon runners.

The location is very good, and the automated check-in was genuinely easy and convenient. After that, though, the stay fell short, especially with prices above €300 during the marathon. Noise came from the street, other guests, and the corridors, and sleep was awful. The beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses so hard I couldn't rest properly before the race. Their behavior felt rude and close to dishonest. For the room quality and overall experience, the price was outrageous. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it, particularly if you need somewhere quiet or reliable. Stay away, especially for the marathon.

A miserable hotel, I wouldn't recommend it. They claim parking is available, but it's actually at a private car park they work with, for €18. Self check-in was long, complicated, and stupid. They save money by having almost no staff, but still charge the full price. The service desk is open only from 9 am to 3 pm. I paid €60 for one night. The room was small and nothing like the pictures, and the supposed terrace was nonexistent, just facing an interior area like a garbage disposal. When I asked by text about upgrading, they rudely said there was no availability and blamed me for not reading the description properly. Zero out of ten, if I could give zero stars I would. Edited: the breakfast was absolutely awful. They charge €8, then send you ten minutes away to a different restaurant for a miserable breakfast you can normally buy for €2. Don't get scammed.

The rooms are very old and authentic, but the poor sound insulation made it hard to rest or sleep. I could hear the neighbors and cars passing by. The hotel does provide earplugs. They say there's parking, but it's not part of the hotel and costs extra, from €17 a day. The automatic check-in didn't work properly: I wasn't sent the instructions or reservation number I needed to register, so I had to wait there.
