The price was excellent, and the location was perfect. We stayed in the apartment for 10 days and were very happy with it. It had everything we needed, the bathroom was new, and there was an elevator. Everything was perfect, and I recommend it.

It's in the city centre and good value for money. Everything was comfortable, and I'd rent it again. The main drawback is the old building and pipes. The pipes smell a bit when the bathroom door is left open. Management should keep an eye on the cleaners and consider getting some cleaning gel or something to freshen and clean the pipes.

Even with 37-degree heat outside, the apartment stayed pleasantly cool. It's in a great spot, right in the heart of the Old Town. I was satisfied with the stay, though it should have been cleaned better before we arrived: the cutlery, plates, and glasses smelled strange, and the floor clearly hadn't been swept.

The team were so helpful, from sorting out the booking to arranging taxis and explaining check-in. Our group found the apartments clean and well worth the price. They had basic essentials, including linen, towels, a kettle, crockery, and enough pans and a small hob to make a simple breakfast. The friendly cleaner was happy to bring extra towels and linen when we asked. The location was great for walking to many central attractions, and there's a Metro station and buses nearby for the airport, City of Arts and Sciences, and beach. The fantastic maim market is just around the corner, handy for picking up food and orange juice to have back at the apartment. We usually had four adults per apartment, which worked for us as a base to sleep, though it might feel cramped. There's no door between the main bedroom and living area, where there's a sofa bed with another bed that pulls out underneath, so four people are basically sharing one room. That was fine for us, and the photos made it clear, but it's good to know. We only heard loud street noise one night, even though there are restaurants and bars nearby. We think it was just a random group, so probably a one-off. We were very happy with these apartments and would recommend them to couples or groups who don't mind close quarters.
