The apartment was cramped and awkward to use, spread over three floors connected by steep spiral stairs. During a nearly 40°C heatwave, the AC was broken and water dripped from the ceiling. The host just suggested switching it off and on and waiting, which was no help in that heat, and the issue clearly couldn't be fixed quickly. We asked for another place or a refund so we could book somewhere else, but no alternative was offered. The manager was rude and refused a refund, saying this was normal and could happen anywhere. After we'd already spent one night there, the host told Booking.com we had never arrived. We left anyway and had to file a chargeback with our bank to recover the money, which we won. The apartment was ugly and uncomfortable, the AC didn't work, and the management was dishonest and dismissive. It felt like they cared only about taking the money, not providing the basics. Stay away.

Marina was a huge help after I accidentally left my tablet in the bedroom. She sent it back to me the very next day. We also found getting into the penthouse easy thanks to the clear arrival instructions, and the service was excellent. The apartment is stylish, with a lovely rooftop terrace and two bathrooms. It's right in the historic center, just steps from the Mercado Central. We had a great short stay and would highly recommend it. Many thanks!

We'd come back for sure. The location made getting around so easy: the beach is nearby, the market is a three-minute walk, and Turia Park and the Carmen neighborhood are under 15 minutes away on foot. It can get a little noisy at night because of where it is, but it wasn't too loud and the location was worth it. We were a family with two little kids, and they made sure there was a crib and another bed in the living room. The salon and kitchen were lovely, everything was clean, and we had what we needed inside.
