Evalia Rooms

Get rid of the lazy speculators!

There’s no reception, so you’ll need to arrange your arrival and check-in in advance. Once inside, we found everything lovely. We stayed four nights in very clean accommodation with attractive, modern decor. The kitchen had a microwave and a large refrigerator, and there was a washer and dryer too. It’s roughly eight blocks from Colon Street, the main shopping area, and around ten blocks from both the Old City and the City of Arts. Tapas bars nearby bring a lively nightlife scene.

The apartment was spotless, fully equipped, and just like the photos. Getting in was easy, and the service felt warm and professional throughout. Even before arriving, I got quick answers whenever I had a question. It’s in a touristy area near the city center, with lots of places for a drink, dancing, a stroll, or sightseeing. The center is walkable, and bus, metro, and train connections are good too. I was happy with every part of my stay and would definitely come back to Valencia and stay here again. Thanks for the attention and kindness. The city is beautiful, and I still have more to see! 😅😊☺️ Hope to return soon.
