Hotel Boutique Sabbia Valencia

The location was excellent, and we really enjoyed our little beach break. The hotel feels welcoming and current, with lovely textiles. Our internal room, though, was very small for the price, and the electrics weren't working properly. We pointed that out to the staff, but nothing was done.

I'm a US Army soldier in Valencia on a business trip, and I tried the hotel's amenities, restaurant and spa. The food is amazing, they put on dance shows during dinner, and the whole atmosphere is beautiful. Ylenia, the lovely woman at the front desk, made the best impression on me. She was helpful, kind, outgoing and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the place to friends and family, and I'll come back when I'm in the area.

The hotel restaurant couldn't get our coffee, breakfast or other meals right, and don't expect tea, instant coffee or anything to drink in the room. There's a bottle of water you can refill yourself, but even doing that isn't easy. The room hot tub wasn't clean or sanitary. Nearby dance music goes on until 4 am, so bring very robust headphones. This was the worst hotel.

I left without having breakfast because the staff were rude and unfriendly today. One woman first moved me inside, saying that was the breakfast area. Then another staff member said I had to sit outside in 30-degree heat because I wasn't staying at the hotel. The restaurant was half empty, but apparently I still couldn't eat indoors. I'd suggest choosing somewhere with friendlier, more professional staff.
