My experience was horrible. I booked one room for two nights, but when I arrived they said I’d booked two rooms. I showed Susana my confirmation email proving it was just one room, but she didn’t care and refused to give me a full refund. The manager was very rude and stood over me, angry, as if trying to intimidate me. If you need help from her, expect her to be very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We tried another hotel on our latest visit to Valencia. Big mistake, we’ll be back at Olympia. We’ve stayed here twice, once in a basic room and once in a terrace room. Both were perfectly acceptable for the price: comfortable, not huge, but with enough space. The design is quite arty and looks good. The pool isn’t large, but it’s functional and a real bonus at this price. Great hotel for the money.

Most attractions are about 15-20 minutes away by public transport, and there are plenty of options close to the hotel. The staff were super friendly and I had a wonderful stay. I’d strongly recommend adding breakfast to your booking, it’s worth the money. To use the pool, you need a hair mask and flip-flops. You can buy both at the hotel for a small price.

The staff were very nice, and there’s a luggage storage room on the first floor. The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel is close to the center. Breakfast wasn’t very varied, but I could find something to eat.

For the price, this is really good. The hotel was having a little construction work while we were there, but it was okay for us. It’s clean and cute, and the staff are nice.
