Like Apartments Lonja

The check-in was quick and detailed, and the friendly staff explained Valencia's main attractions and even walked me to the apartment, which not many places offer. I stayed at the Lonja apartment, in a lively area that made it easy to get around. It was spotless, smelled lovely, and was in perfect condition, with space for more than one person. I loved my stay, though I wish I'd booked more than one night. I recommend the apartment and Like Apartments, which also has bigger options than the one I booked.

There were cobwebs in the bedroom, and the bathroom still had shower gel and shampoo left by previous guests. The apartment was extremely dirty even after I asked for it to be cleaned. Cockroaches on the entry stairs were still in exactly the same spots a week later. I can't recommend it at all.

The only good thing was the location in the historic center. Maybe these apartments were lovely ten years ago, but now they're very worn and poorly cared for. There were dirty marks on the walls that a fresh coat of paint could have fixed, the kitchen floor was cracked and worn, and the hot tub hasn't worked for who knows how long. This is the first time the photos bore so little resemblance to reality.

Great location, but the service wasn't available around the clock, not even for returning the keys. The cleaning was awful.
