The location was fine, but I was disappointed and wouldn't have chosen the place if I'd known what some rooms were like. There was hardly any daylight, and I couldn't ventilate the room properly. Its window faced inside the building, so I heard the elevator going up and down and the pipes whenever someone used the bathroom. There are no bedsheets without stains? (source: bedsheets had stains.) There was no reception, which meant I couldn't leave my bag after checkout or ask questions in person. I also had to use my phone every time I wanted to open a door.

The thoughtful design and little details made the apartment feel cozy and homely, which is unusual in this kind of rental. The service was great too. They were attentive and willing to help me get around Valencia. I only needed a night in Valencia and booked because of the very central location. The place ended up exceeding my expectations, and I’d recommend it.

Very handy location for getting around the city, and the staff were accommodating. The room was cozy, with a kitchen to use, heaters, toiletries, towels, a TV and a comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

The decor was nice, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were really friendly. I'd return.

There’s no reception, and check-in and check-out help wasn’t available. The rooms were dusty and noisy. Poor service, I wouldn’t stay here again.
