We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant's food and service, and the view from the upper terrace is fascinating. Breakfast was very varied, too. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and well furnished, with excellent beds and bathroom facilities. The hotel felt very safe and the service was excellent. It was a great choice for our stay with our granddaughter and our activities in the city. Thank you to the staff, we enjoyed those few days.

The 270degree bar is a must. The bar staff were brilliant with the mojitos and sangria. The beds are massive and just right, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, which made our stay super. We just had breakfast and couldn't fault it. The coffee was lovely, and the machine squeezing juice from whole oranges was fab. Well done so far, Bacelo Valencia! The staff were excellent again.

The breakfast is great, but the coffee, cappuccino, and cortado are poor. For anything beyond breakfast, the nearby cafes and restaurants across the street or in the neighborhood are much better than the hotel restaurant. The hotel is modern, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and contemporary.

Everything coming out of Chef Fernando's kitchen was spot on. Every plate looked amazing and tasted even better. Max and Alvaro were so friendly and attentive, too. Definitely worth a visit!

The room stayed around 85°F, and the only way I could cool it down was to leave the window open all night. Being close to the street, the hotel was noisy, so it was hard to sleep. I was very disappointed to pay $100-200 a night without working air conditioning. I called the front desk 6-7 times to ask them to cool the room. Each time, they said they'd adjusted the AC to its maximum, but the thermostat seemed to have no real effect. The hotel is in a good location, and the room itself was clean. I travel a lot during the year, and from this experience I don't think it meets the standard of a 4 star property. There are definitely better options in Valencia.
