The staff were superb, really friendly, and the room was clean. Communication outside reception hours was good too. The main street noise does carry through, even with double windows, so light sleepers may struggle. I don't think most of the one-star reviews are fair. To me, you get what you pay for, though the name may give the impression of a more conventional hotel.

I get that a booking might not be cancellable, but they wouldn't even let me move the date, despite my offering to pay any difference. There was no alternative offered, just losing the whole payment. Whatever happened to doing reasonable business?

Room 112, single, May 16 and 17, 2025. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the WiFi was technically working, but at mañana speed. For the price, it was terrible value. This isn't modern, or really a hotel, in my view. It feels like a money-making conversion. I won't ever go back.

Our room was comfortable and spotless, and the staff were so friendly and sweet. The hotel has a pleasant, modern look too. We had a really nice stay and I'd recommend it.

We had a great room and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, and walking to the center of Valencia was easy from this convenient location. If you don't like walking, though, it might not suit you. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
