The location was great, close to both the train station and old town, and remote check-in worked well. The shared area looks nice, but it wasn't very practical for breakfast: no crockery, just paper cups. There was also laundry left at the top of the stairs overnight, which was a trip hazard.

The apartment was okay for the price, but we couldn’t use the shower or sink. I sent videos showing the problem and got no response. I’ve been trying to reach them for four weeks, and they’re ignoring me. Not being able to shower or use the sink during the whole trip made us want our money back, but there’s still been no reply after two months. This has been the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I want a refund.

A nicely renovated new hotel in the city center, which is very convenient for a city trip. The rooms are a bit small, but fine for a few nights.

The cleaning service was excellent, and it was great to have a communal water dispenser. We did have a few brief power outages during our stay.

The location was right in the heart of Valencia, with lots of restaurants, bars, cafes, and ice cream shops nearby, plus the main railway station just steps away. Getting in was straightforward: no queues or waiting, just a code sent on WhatsApp the same day. The rooms were tidy and clean. I couldn’t figure out the TV at first, but I got help right away, even at midnight. Excellent experience, I’ll come back.
