Palau Suites & Apartments

Getting around was easy, with sights walkable and bus stops fairly nearby. The apartment itself had plenty of space, a nice balcony over the city skyline and an open square, plus a very large bathroom and a decent-sized bedroom. But the mattress had a deep dip in the middle and wasn't comfortable. The kitchen had the equipment we needed and came with a cleaning kit, olive oil and salt, though the plugs were so far from the kettle and toaster that using them was awkward. We could hear movement from every direction through the thin walls, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the passage. The worst part was getting trapped in the elevator for at least half an hour. We rang the alarm and called desperately for help, but nobody answered. The staff didn't seem very concerned or compassionate afterward. It was frightening and not a pleasant experience.

Getting around was simple, with several bus lines close by. We found the apartment hotel clean and well equipped, and our room and bathroom were both spacious. The shower was especially large. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the room was cleaned daily. Reception is open around the clock, and the staff were ready to help. They also offer free luggage storage before check-in or after check-out if you need it.

The room was professionally cleaned every day, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We really enjoyed staying here. The location was convenient, too. I'd happily recommend the apartment to others. Muchas Gracias 🙏

The location was great, and we'd come back. We had a good stay as a family with two kids. The apartment was quite big, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was clean with all the tools for cooking at home. The sofa was a little uncomfortable.
