That so-called kitchen in the photos was never shown to us, and the girl who showed us the room should have pointed it out. The attached pictures show the place as it really is, since the photos online haven't been updated. The whole place felt dirty and smelled bad. The pool looked filthy when we opened the window. I can't say how long it had been like that, but it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. The floor didn't look dirty, but it was sticky enough that you couldn't walk on it without shoes. Inside, the room had a strong mold smell that came back whenever we shut the window, even after airing it out and using the air conditioning. The bed was awful. The mattress sagged and creaked, the pillows were far too thin, and there were no sheets, so we used our beach towels to stay warm. Neither the mattress nor the pillows had protective covers, which left me wondering what might be in them, like dust mites or lice. A piece of the bedroom door was coming off. The bathroom door wouldn't shut because of a bit of tape underneath it, apparently meant to stop the same thing happening there. It stayed open while using the toilet or shower. There were dead insects behind the toilet, too. Right by the main entrance we saw dead cockroaches and cleaning buckets left out in a complete mess where guests shouldn't have to see them. I really can't recommend this "hotel."

We never got a response after telling the owners about the problems, and we're still waiting. They also kept the €100 deposit, then stopped answering calls and WhatsApp messages. The shower only stayed hot for a short while, and we could hear all the street noise from the room. The room we had asked for, the one with a kitchen, apparently didn't exist. The pool was dirty, there were no blankets, and we were cold. The location was poor, in an awful neighborhood with lots of unfriendly people. It was a terrible stay, a real disgrace.

My partner and I stayed a week ago, and it was a horrible experience. The power even went out. We complained to the owners, but they've said nothing and haven't offered any solution. They still haven't returned our €100 deposit either. The room smelled awful, and the whole place was filthy. The advertised kitchen wasn't there at all. The neighborhood felt very dangerous, with all sorts of things going on. They're crooks! Definitely not recommended 👎🏻
