Room 7 had a comfortable queen bed and a sofa that converts into a double. The kitchen has plenty of plates, pans, and utensils, plus the appliances needed for most meals, though there's no oven. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air-conditioning and microwave both worked. Airbnb prices were reasonable, and the location is good, close to Valencia's centre. I'd recommend it.

It's clean and tidy, and has what you'd need for a short stay. But the sound insulation is terrible, it felt like sleeping right on the sidewalk. A cockroach even got into my things, the worst thing that's happened to me. The closest parking is a 10-minute walk away.

We couldn't sleep at all. Street noise came straight through the cheap windows and poorly insulated cardboard-like walls, and our drunk neighbours were loud too. For me, a place to stay has to be quiet enough to sleep, and this was a horror. At first glance the apartment seemed new and nice, but it turned out to be a cheap room. When I raised the noise with the owners and asked whether they could offer any compensation, they said there was nothing they could do because I hadn't called them late at night to complain. I honestly rarely leave reviews, but people thinking of booking these suites should know how awful our stay was. I wouldn't recommend it.

They require you to send a passport photo over WhatsApp. The doors use an app, which is inconvenient, and its terms and conditions are strange. My room also had a shower that was so low it was impossible to shower comfortably.
