The apartment had all the features we needed for a wonderful time in Valencia. Its location was excellent, just 200 metres from the main square, Placa de la Reina.

Loved staying here. It's a quiet, really nice apartment in Valencia's historic district, with a fully equipped kitchen. There's an elevator, and everything is just a couple of steps away. I definitely recommend both this apartment and Singular Stays. Thank you!

We rented two apartments for eight people, but the sofa beds were basically boards, and there were no blinds on the windows. One apartment's door jammed so badly that it took over ten minutes to open. For what they offered, the price was exorbitant. I wouldn't stay here again.

We booked for six people, but the apartment we got was for four, and the photos didn't match. They offered either a separate apartment for the other two guests or a move by Booking.com to some unknown place, which might not even be nearby. They wouldn't acknowledge their mistake and made getting a refund difficult. We managed to cancel, then had to find somewhere else at the last minute. The next day, they accused us of squatting. The whole thing was a joke.

The location is good. Customer service is basically nonexistent once they've got the payment, apart from when it's time for checkout.
