The owner was very helpful and professional. They showed us around the apartment, explained how things worked, and gave us useful advice for enjoying our stay. It's on the 25th floor of a prestigious building with parking and all the comforts you'd want for a relaxing visit. At the start of the Benidorm seafront, it makes for a lovely walk with daytime or nighttime views all the way to the castle on the hill opposite. I visited over the November 1st long weekend, and the weather was very mild. We even swam in the sea, as others were doing too.

Awful service. I arrived for check-in and no one had answered the phone all morning. Nobody picked up, and I was left to sort things out with no help.
