The Valentia Cabillers Hotel

The views are amazing, even though the hotel is beside one of València's busiest plazas, and there are several cathedrals nearby. The rooms are clean and feel luxurious. They're tidied daily, just in time for when you get back. Staff are friendly, and breakfast service was great, although there wasn't much choice in the food. The internet can be slow or unstable at times. Also, don't leave anything under the blankets. Something of mine got covered up and lost, but thankfully the staff are helping me look for it.

The Sky Bar was a lovely place to wind down. From comfortable seats under soft lighting, you get beautiful rooftop views of the city and cathedral. The drinks and snacks were great, and Andreas looked after us so well. He was friendly, answered our questions about the city, language and culture, and encouraged us to practise our basic Spanish. We really appreciated that. Our apartment was beautifully decorated, with great facilities and a very comfortable bed. We had a Juliette balcony looking onto Plaza de la Reina. Daily cleaning kept everything feeling cared for. The hotel itself, The Valentia Cabillers, has a fantastic location and quality apartments. It's a great choice for a first visit to Valencia, as ours was, and we spent a week there on a romantic getaway. Reception service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Esther was especially welcoming, helpful and friendly every time we interacted, and wished us a good day as we set off and welcomed us back from our daily outings around picturesque Valencia. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. The stay made our first trip unforgettable. We'd gladly return and recommend it to other visitors.

This is our new go-to in Valencia. We had a first-floor premium suite with everything we needed, even a kettle, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were fabulous and breakfast was great. You're right by one of the main squares, within easy walking distance of everything, and public transport is only a short walk away.

The bathroom had a great shower and plenty of space. The bedding was lovely, with an excellent mattress, pillows and linens, and everything was very clean. There were bathrobes and a large closet too. The room itself was great, though it really needs more outlets: there are only four, three already in use, and none by the desk for a laptop. The lighting was another weak point. A few badly placed spotlights left some areas in harsh glare and others in shadow, in both the room and bathroom. Breakfast comes on the terrace, with a lovely cathedral view. The food was good, but there was only one option, and I was told an extra item would cost more. The hotel is in one of Valencia's busiest areas, with loads of restaurants and attractions within walking distance, yet it's surprisingly quiet. There are elevators and the staff are friendly. I had a lovely stay and would recommend it.
