Booking.com later confirmed that my reservation was still valid, but when I called the owner to check in, she said we couldn't enter. I was left without a hotel and no alternative was offered. This was after the owner had called to cancel the two apartments I'd booked for a full week, just four days before we were due to arrive. To me, that shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability.

We booked weeks ahead, but they canceled our reservation just three days before the trip. It was a busy weekend, so finding another place was hard, and what we found cost more than we’d expected. We nearly missed the trip altogether. A disgrace, all out of sheer greed. They should never book with us or anyone we know.

Three days before our stay, after we'd already set our arrival time, Booking.com told us the reservation had been canceled because of overbooking. They handled the situation disgracefully too. Don't book here, you could be left without anywhere to stay, as we were.

It's a lovely apartment in a great location. The problem is how much street noise comes through. It made sleeping uncomfortable at night, and during Fallas the partying goes on until 4 a.m.

They canceled our reservation only three days before we were due to arrive. It was very unprofessional, and the replacement options they gave us didn't suit our plans. I wouldn't recommend them, especially with that kind of disruption after planning a trip.
