VLC Host - Reina

We had good communication with the staff, and the rooms were clean and well kept with nothing missing. Good value for money, too. The location is handy for the beach and some nice cafés and restaurants.

A neat apartment with a nice standard, in a good location.

We were happy with the stay since we only needed a place to sleep. The location was good, though street parking was limited. Outside sounds came through, but the big windows took the edge off. The front door code worked only sometimes, although getting someone on the phone was easy. Now and then, the reception area smelled like sewage.

The room was dirty, including the towels, and the hotel wouldn't refund the difference between what we'd booked and what we received. We reserved a basic studio with a kitchenette and balcony or patio, but at check-in discovered we'd been given a small double room with no kitchen or balcony and barely any daylight from its tiny window. Cancellation was the only alternative, on arrival day when there was no realistic chance of finding something comparable. A very disappointing experience. Be careful when booking.
