The reception staff were helpful and informative when we arrived, and made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and had what we needed, though the beds were uncomfortable, especially the pillows. It's a small city hotel, so keep your expectations modest.

The breakfast and location were both great, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The pool was a little cold since it isn't heated. Most of all, the staff were fantastic, seriously. Book with confidence, you'll love it.

Once inside, the hotel is incredibly quiet, which was lovely and unexpected. It's a pleasant place, and all the staff are lovely too. Finding somewhere to eat near the hotel can be difficult, and the surrounding area lets it down. Still, the location is convenient, and you can't have everything. I'd recommend it.

We had a really enjoyable stay, and the welcome from the staff was warm from the start. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and there was a good choice of pillows. I only wished there were another chair. The bar and its seating area were great, the staff there were very helpful, and the outdoor pool area felt tropical. We had dinner in the restaurant and thought the food was excellent. WiFi worked well throughout. The metro is less than five minutes away. The harbour and beach are about a 20-minute walk, and the town center roughly 40 minutes. There are plenty of shops and places to eat nearby. Wonderful hotel, and we'd highly recommend it.
