The kids had fun playing around the church and at the playground behind it. We enjoyed a family stay and would come back. Dinner on the terrace was perfect, with tasty food, good wine, and a lovely quiet setting. The owner was very nice, the rooms had air conditioning, and breakfast was good.

Javier made us feel so welcome, offered to cook evening meals, and gave us lots of tips on places to visit around the beautiful Matarranas area. We liked it so much that we extended our stay. The room was lovely, breakfast was tasty and plentiful, and the housekeeping ladies were jolly and friendly. They even cleaned our room while our dog was there on her own, and there was no extra charge for her. The church bells added a lovely touch. The hotel's location is stunning, with lots nearby to explore. We'd highly recommend it and will definitely return. Thanks again, Javier.

We had an enjoyable stay at this lovely, cozy little hotel. It has been beautifully renovated, keeping its quaint original character while still being comfortable throughout. The building has astonishingly thick stone walls, and despite the harsh cold wind, well below 32 F with the windchill, the heating and insulation kept our bedroom warm. There's also an elevator, which made taking baggage up and down convenient. The staff were kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast was an easy choice, though I should say there is a more economical option for dinner at the hotel.

Xavier was a huge help and the best tourist guide you could ask for. Every place he recommended was magnificent. The rural hotel was calm and clean, with lovely service. I highly recommend staying here.
