Jorge made things easy, explaining how everything worked, answering questions, and leaving us a map with suggestions for places to visit and eat. We paid extra for his private parking space, which was nearby and very secure. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, with good fixtures. There were fresh oranges and milk and coffee capsules for us. The bathroom was fine, with a strong shower. The double bed was comfortable, though I would've liked a better pillow. The place isn't suitable for people with mobility impairments. It's a recently refurbished, contemporary ground floor apartment, a short walk from the Cathedral and the services and facilities in the center. Everything's close by, and the walking is level, so it worked well for our Valladolid trip.

We arrived on Tuesday, January 20th and stayed through Wednesday, January 21st. The apartment was warm when we got there, and it was very clean and well-equipped. Access was easy: they sent a code, then we picked up the keys. It's right by the center, so all the sights are walkable. I'd stay here again if I come back.

The owner was wonderful and really attentive, making sure we had what we needed and felt comfortable. We came with two young children and would absolutely recommend the place. The apartment is new, nicely decorated, and fully equipped, right in the center, so we could walk everywhere.

We were a couple traveling with two young children, and the apartment worked perfectly for us. It's stylish, well-equipped, and in an unbeatable location. The owner was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We loved it and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

The location is excellent, and the apartment feels new and well looked after. It was very nice, especially how clean it was and the useful little touches: a sponge and dishcloth, single-use shampoo and shower gel, and covers on the remote controls. I appreciated those during the pandemic. They also left oranges, plus coffee and milk for breakfast.
