Very clean and comfortable, and customer service was really helpful. Just keep in mind it's a 3-star hotel, not a 5-star one.

The room was clean, spacious, modern, and quite nice for 60 euros. We only stayed a night, and it had two single beds. The check-in setup was the trouble. Although they advertise 24-hour service, you have to check in ahead of time and send photos of your ID. Our phone ran out of battery, and they were slow to help, so we ended up checking in outside in the rain and dark.

We arrived on a cold night, and the room was already comfortably warm. It was bright, with big windows, clean and spacious, and the double bed was very comfortable. The decor and facilities felt new and modern, with a minimalist look. The bathroom was clean and adequate. There were the basics for an overnight stay: a bed, table and two stools, TV, shower, clean towels and glasses, plus a shelf and clothes rack. We booked the hotel's private parking for an extra €10 because a freezing night was forecast, and arranging it and getting in were both easy. Check-in and getting in and out without a physical key were straightforward, even without a reception desk. For €50, the value is more than fair. I was surprised to see complaints about things that are clearly stated, like there being no physical reception, or people booking without checking what the hotel offers. If I had one small complaint, our room didn't have a hairdryer in the bathroom, at least as far as I could tell. Going out with wet hair in freezing weather is rough.
