10/10
The rooms have been nicely refurbished, and the staff are helpful. But sound carries between neighboring rooms, so it can get annoying when the people next door aren’t being considerate.

The front desk people were nice, and the price felt fair for what you get. The bed was okay, the bathroom was good, and the air conditioning saved me. Still, I’m not sure this deserves four stars. The door was hard to shut, and I could hear everything through the walls. The fridge was empty, so a welcome bottle of water would have been nice. I skipped breakfast since it’s easy to find food nearby.

A useful base for exploring the city, though I was disappointed given that it’s a four-star hotel.

8/10
The location is perfect, and parking nearby is possible if you drive around a bit. It’s blue-zone parking. The room was comfortable, though there was some street noise. Hot water worked perfectly, the cleaning was good, and the people at reception were kind.

The hotel and rooms are nice, and aside from this issue it was a good stay. But in 2024, the room Wi-Fi really should work. I asked reception and was told to try the hotel lobby instead. A four-star hotel needs to provide services like this nowadays.
