The cycling garage made things easy for us riders, and a special thanks to Selim, who was so attentive, friendly, and full of great tips and stories about Valldemossa. This was our first visit to Mallorca, and we came as two couples: the husbands cycled in the mornings while the wives explored or hiked. We visited in late October and enjoyed magical sunrises over coffee and golden-hour cava on the terrace. The IT Group recently bought and renovated Hotel Valldemossa, and the result is stunning. It’s peaceful and ideally located near the charming town centre, close enough for us to walk to dinner. In terms of design, service and attention to detail, it now ranks among our favourite hotels, alongside Awasi Patagonia, Dar Ahlam (Morocco), and Zannier Phum Baitang (Cambodia). Different places, but each has that same peaceful, zen feeling. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Valldemossa and can’t wait to return. A note on the reviews: sort by date, since most of the older low ratings predate the IT Group’s purchase. Today, the Google review average would be a 4.9-5-star experience.

The suite was serene and calming, with breathtaking views, and the staff were gracious and went above and beyond to make us feel special. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious. The property itself is stunning, and by far one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve experienced. The design feels chic, stylish and effortlessly elevated.

The team’s warm, sincere service is what makes Hotel Valldemossa stand out. They’re ready to help and notice the little things, while still feeling relaxed and approachable. The property is intimate and beautifully designed, with a quiet, exclusive atmosphere and thoughtful details that don’t feel flashy. My room was spacious and comfortable, opening onto incredible mountain views. The peaceful common areas are great for slowing down, and both the wellness area and restaurant are excellent, with a natural, relaxed feel. A standout choice if you want privacy, top comfort and a warm human touch.

The town was an easy walk away, and Valdemossa itself is a great location. We loved our stay. The staff are so kind and go above and beyond to make it as good as it can be. We took a day trip to Deia and Sóller, and the drive was beautiful. We’d definitely come back.
