We were there for just one night, and it was a very unpleasant stay. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the shower had no hot water, and you could hear everything through the thin walls. The rooms are very basic, with no air conditioning or fridge. We had to ask them to keep some food in their fridge, and they opened our closed bag without asking. Then they kept it from us for a while and questioned why we weren't eating at their restaurant. The older woman in charge even shouted at me about it. Communication was another problem. Nobody spoke English, which made the whole situation more frustrating. The staff also got rude and hostile when they took a dislike to us, and at one point they switched off the lights while we were sitting outside. I can't understand the high Google rating. This place doesn't deserve it, and I'd strongly recommend avoiding it.

The rooms are simple, but have what you need, and the setting is really relaxed. It's a bit away from the main drag and feels very Spanish. We enjoyed our break.

The place is in a beautiful spot, and the staff were incredibly nice. It'd be lovely on a warm summer day, and cozy on a cold winter evening with the fireplaces in the living room. The homemade food is more than fair for the price. You won't regret it at all :)!

I only marked the location down because I missed a turn and ended up right in the middle of a stone quarry operation. My car got covered in about 1/2 of dust. The hotel is rural, really rural.

Does anyone know whether this hotel is still open? I've tried calling several times but can't get an answer.
