The rooftop terrace is lovely, with a cooking area, sink, a place to relax, and incredible views. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the place was clean and tidy throughout. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment with an interior courtyard and heard no noise, even though it's right in the city center. The building is a typical village house with three apartments on the ground floor. Our place was small, cozy, and well equipped, with cooking utensils and a small refrigerator. Good for exploring the area and having somewhere to leave your suitcase, shower, and sleep. Getting into the room is a bit awkward because the stairs are narrow. There was a slight musty smell, though a device to absorb it helped somewhat. There's no street parking, so you have to leave the car on the ring road. Take care if you have a large vehicle, as the access roads are very narrow.

The landlady was evasive about fixing problems from the start and even became confrontational. The place was a complete disappointment and shouldn't be offered in this state. There's no wardrobe, only four hangers on a pole, and getting up to the bedroom is difficult and dangerous because you need both hands to hold on. There was no table or bathroom privacy. Everything is crammed into less than two meters, so you can defecate, cook, and sit on the sofa all in one noisy, smelly space. It's so tiny there's no room for a broom or mop. The TV didn't work, and the small air conditioner stopped working on day two.

The owner is rude and expects things from guests that she doesn't do herself. The accommodation is very expensive for the service provided and, in my view, doesn't meet the required sanitary standards. There are architectural barriers, no closets, and the small windows look onto an interior courtyard. I don't recommend staying here.

The hosts were charming and very helpful, and our stay was a 10. It's a quiet, very clean, centrally located place in a typical Vejer house that's been renovated. We'd return.
