The staff were the one real bright spot. They were exceptional and did everything they could to accommodate us. The location is good too, and the terrace has great sunset views. But we arrived with expectations that were too high, and room 10 wasn't as described. It was sold as premium/a suite with a private terrace in the photos, but had no private terrace, and we had to cross the shared terrace to reach it. The flimsy door let in the other guests' noise, and they used the terrace until 11:30 pm. The blinds didn't darken the room, so it was bright white at 7 am and impossible to sleep. The whole layout felt badly designed: the ceiling was low, and at 188 cm I kept hitting my head on lights and ceiling arches. The toilet was by the entrance, with a huge shower, but no hand-washing sink. For that, you had to walk to the other end, where the sink sat beside a huge, useless bathtub taking up a third of the room. The sink was only salad-bowl sized, making even toothbrushing difficult. The windows weren't double-glazed, so outside noise came through too.
