I booked a room on Thursday for Friday, then had an accident just two hours later and couldn't walk. Since the booking was so recent, I contacted the owner and tried to be as friendly and cooperative as possible. She relied on the policy and eventually told me she wouldn't refund anything simply because she didn't want to, saying she had the right to and Airbnb backed her. No one enjoyed the stay, yet she wouldn't even offer to refund the second night. I was also met with a very unpleasant phone call, including insults and what I consider lies. I lost €230 and feel I was scammed without any scruples. Don't book with the owner, Marta. I felt taken advantage of, and she didn't even apologize.

The booking manager was really friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious, with two very large bedrooms, a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub, and a separate toilet. The living and dining area works great, and the kitchen has everything you need. It's right in the city center, beside the main square. Definitely recommend it.
