We had to cancel our reservation for Saturday, December 17th, more than 72 hours ahead, because one of us might test positive for coronavirus. We wrote to the manager to explain that, out of responsibility and to avoid affecting his business, we couldn't come if the test was positive. Instead of replying or discussing it, he blocked us. We weren't expecting a full refund and understood there might be a penalty. Blocking us was unacceptable. This manager is a jerk!

We were scammed over an apartment reservation in Castrelos made through Booking.com. The listing promised services that weren't provided, and the host then refused to refund the reservation fee. We had to file a complaint with the OCU (Spanish Consumer Organization).

I drove 670 kilometers to get there, but after I arrived and went inside, they refused to give me the keys. An inconsiderate, irresponsible person judged us without even knowing us. If I could, I'd rate it below 10 stars.
