We had trouble getting into the apartment because of an error by the booking agent, but the owners were really helpful and sorted it out. The place is a lovely, nicely renovated little apartment in the historic district, with a small but fully equipped kitchen, including a washer-dryer, and a compact living area.

I was disappointed by how little flexibility the host showed. Our flight was canceled because of airport strikes, which was entirely out of our hands. I got in touch right away, sent the cancellation documents, and politely asked for a refund or at least a change to the booking. The host refused both. Other hosts have been more understanding in similar situations, so keep this in mind if some empathy or flexibility matters to you.

Parking was the only real drawback. Spaces nearby are limited, and parking costs €15-20 a day, though they gave us useful suggestions for options just 3-5 minutes away. We had a small problem with the door code and it was fixed quickly. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just right for a few days in the heart of Vigo. Highly recommended, and we'd stay again if we're back in the area.

You can get fresh towels and linen, and cleaning, every 3 days. There’s also a washing machine, though drying clothes can be tricky without a line. They supplied one for us. The apartment was roomy, bright, comfortable, well equipped, and quiet inside, with air conditioning. The bathroom had toiletries and a great shower with strong water pressure, and the large wardrobes were very clean and had drawers and hangers. It’s in Vigo’s old town, surrounded by restaurants, bars, taverns, shops, and places to visit. Nautical parking is about a five-minute walk away, and its vouchers are good value for longer stays. We’d happily stay here again.
