8/10
The location is pretty nice, with great restaurants and shops all around. Everything works, the place is very clean, and the hospitality is great. It may once have been a proper 4-star hotel, but now it feels like the upper end of 3 stars.

The breakfast was excellent, and the service was wonderful. Alfredo in particular was consistently kind and attentive. A very comfortable, pleasant hotel, highly recommended!

8/10
The staff were very nice and the service was good, but there isn't a restaurant here, so dinner means going out, and there aren't many options around. The room sockets were broken, and there wasn't one under the desk for working. This feels like a 3-star place, not a 4-star.

A good place to stay. The staff are nice and always ready to help.

Arriving by tour bus made parking a hassle. We had to unload our luggage right in the middle of busy traffic.
